Should a dress-code be enforced?
Dresscode i.e. Uniforms
A specific member (kudos to our Red Pole in PC J.T.) mentioned that in his squad he wanted to enforce specific rules about dress-code and car usage.
So I though of a perhaps an easy way to distinguish members within the crew from one another.
All members should be encouraged to wear black suits, as portrayed in the many documentaries available in youtube, with the addition of leather jackets with suit pants and shoes.
Additionally members are encouraged to wear jackets with our crew color, or any color of clothing that is red, when not wearing a suit.
Lucky Charms?
Do not forget that we are "business" men and women after all.

I am in big favor of this idea, anyone officially initiated into our family must represent themselves in a mature and professional manner I reckon

Re: Dresscode i.e. Uniforms
Hi all,
_ThePro, I think you misunderstood me.
I was not in favour of "strong" rules regarding dress or cars, in fact I was in favour of relaxing these rules.
That said, it is not much trouble to dedicate at least one to two saved outfit spots for professional attire or crew themed outfits. IMO, there is no excuse to have at least one outfit that is professional and/or crew themed.
For both characters, I have a mandatary suit and tie outfit for those occassions where I want to look like a suit. I've also got an outfit with Crew Emblem or crew colours represented. I'm really liking the Large Crew Emblem on the all-black leather jacket for males and the Large Crew Emblem on various denim jackets for the females.
As for cars, I try to represent our crew as best I can. Crew Emblems, crew colour where possible. But since this game has focused so much on supercars / exotics, armored vehicles, and only recently lowriders - I think it is difficult for us to stick to the recommended vehicle list on the crew's page.
During my conversations with Pro, it was my understanding that the rules regarding dress code and cars were mainly flexible and whatever is described on the crew page should not be taken as written in stone.
It sure seems that way, as I am constantly cruising around with you (Pro) in supers and other cars that aren't really a part of the Cheng Triad theme :P

Re: Dresscode i.e. Uniforms
That is correct, most rules are flexible given the nature of GTA it is impossible to enforce certain rules at all times.
At the end of the day it the duty to enforce or not to enforce falls on the red poles, they decide what is acceptable and what is not, as described in the hierarchy.
What is found in the website is a set of standards so that people who have no previous knowledge of the crew has a standard idea on what to do next.
